The Age review of the new series of Battlestar Galactica (starting this week here) had the phrase:
"Not the original which starred Richard Hatch, the unthinking woman's crumpet..."
Oh there are soooo many actors I'd put under "The Unthinking Woman's Crumpet" label. :-)
edited to add: I should point out that I've met Richard Hatch IRL. Lovely bloke, not the brightest bulb in the box.
