Interesting insight into some of the current problems with combating HIV in Africa, notably abstinence only education.

Very notable for the quote:

“I burn these condoms in the name of Jesus!”

Just incidentally here, these groups protesting abstinence only would be the same groups protesting that women should submit without question to their husbands. Which might explain part of the 2% rise in female HIV infection rates in Uganda. *sigh*
