hnpccOK, I've spent far too much time thinking about this, so I'm announcing a competition. No prizes or possibly winners (I'm cheap, sorry).
All I want is an explanation as to why it is necessary to paint behind wall fittings in order to maintain quarantine.
The explanation can be scientific, it can be technobabble, it can be anything really. New age acceptable, daemons and fairies welcome.
