Why the smeg is my standard curve a curve and not a friggin' line like it's bloody well supposed to be!?!?!?!
And how on earth am I supposed to work out a goddam concentration if my standard curve is up shit creek?
Fuggit, I'm taking the PCR off and leaving.
Tomorrow it'll have magically become straight. Or I'll have worked out a way to fudge it or something... *sigh*

Our standard curves for HPLC usually go up the swannie when there's thermal interference - your apparatus isn't subject to variation in environmental temperature is it?
