So I got hit in the leg with a hockey ball last night.

While playing netball.

There is a 3m fence behind the hockey courts. There is a 2.5m fence around the netball courts, and they're also about 1.5m up the hill from the hockey courts. And they still managed to get me.

Bastards.

Me too. I am counting my blessings though, in that it got me in the calf. Shin would have hurt, back of head would have hurt and been bad.

I may post photos of bruising later. ;-)
