Feb. 24th, 2006 02:38 pmThere's an article in today's Age comparing and contrasting Tony Blair and John Howard. One bit that made me giggle was:
"One is Labour, the other conservative. They grew up on either side of the 1960s divide: one played in a rock band in his youth and names his favourite group as U2. The other has said he likes Bob Dylan but not the lyrics."
He likes the singing?!?!?

Catherine, who prefers Dylan as sung by Peter Paul and Mary, or The Seekers, or even Herman's Hermits...

Either that or he was too embarrassed to name the Spice Girls... ;-)
