hnpccGingerbread! I only make gingerbread at Christmas (oh, OK, also occasionally for birthdays) and it's really, really nice.
Having said that, I must remember to glaze it next time so the icing will stick better. I also need to buy a new icing bag as my old one sprang a leak mid-way through, necessitating much licking of hands. And I should probably decide that I'm going to ice all of them before I do the edging next time - although that was because I didn't think I would have enough icing to cover the biscuits and do edging. Which, if we hadn't eaten the gingerbread men leaving only the Christmas trees and stars, we wouldn't have.
So we had lime green Christmas trees with yellow edging, and turquoise and yellow stars with yellow edging. And yellow icing all over my hands. Heh.
