And another reason why I love TWoP. Well, sometimes anyway.

From the recap of Razor:

we're meant to be thinking about Gaius Baltar, about his lover Sarah, down on Caprica. How he fell in love with her, and she fell in love with him, even as she was bringing his world down around him.

So was she apparently called Sarah? Now I'm going to have to go back and confirm.

It's possible it got mentioned once at some stage in the opening miniseries - it's one of those things that would slide by.

I didn't pick up on 'Natalie' for quite a while, and from the recaps that's been going for at least 5 episodes that I watched in a row.

There's a new series starting on Sky next week called Caprica. Have no idea whether we're getting it late or on time as my reading is very out of date. I shall watch it though, eagerly awaiting an answer ;)
