Day 01 - A show that never should have been cancelled
Hm, tricky. I'd say Firefly, but having read the order in which the episodes were screened I can see why it wasn't rating and why it got axed. Dear network(s), perhaps try screening things in order and see how that goes?
Veronica Mars - first season was brilliant, second season... Ok, writer's strike, lack of funding, mini-season, hideously bad pilot. So I can see why it ended, I just wish that there'd been more of the first season and a better plot in the second.
Dead Like Me - fantastic show, can't understand how it went under. Mind you, it went under so far it didn't even get screened here, although you can now buy the DVDs at JB. I still find it amusing that there are so many DVDs with "this is ace! No one here ever showed it, but it's great!" and they sell. Mostly to fans I suppose.
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Buggerit, I liked it, it looked like it was going somewhere and then the writer's strike finally killed it.
Doctor Who. Yeah I know it came back (eventually) but I was annoyed when they cancelled it!
Flashpoint: Dear network(s), again would you just screen the damn series in order please?!?
Grosse Point: best teen show spoof ever. Loved it. It may have helped that I watched a lot of 90210 and Melrose. One season total (also not screened here. I fail to understand Australian networks, seriously.)
I'm sure more will come to me later. And then I'll update. Heh.
