My initial "hm, don't mind them" pick were, of course, the first eliminated. It became very obvious that that was going to happen what with the somewhat high level of fitness required in the snow. Not to mention, make all the teams really sweaty on day one! Bastards.
I've quite liked the attempts at more randomisation so far - the Galleria clues for the differently timed buses were great (although I'd have liked 12 clues spread all over the building rather than buses grouped together - that would have really randomised it) and the Venice masked ball was just fantastic. I really thought that was a great roadblock. Maybe less so for Chris though.
Austria's been OK to date, loved the champagne carrying FF - although the son's lack of decorum on winning kind of screwed it a bit. Go with the vibes of the ball, dammit!
The teams so far: hm. I like the air traffic controllers, but you know they're screwed and won't get much (if at all) further without someone else buggering up in a major way. I actually quite like the NFL wives - they were grating on me a bit to begin with - especially taking the first FF: think, women, think! you're on the second bus for crying out loud! - but out of the teams they seem to like each other the most and deal with each other the most respectfully. This far at least. I agree with you about Chip and Reichen - talk about marry your clone! Millie I quite like - for a "committed Christian" she gets down and dirty quite a bit!, Chuck's probably gay though (I mean come on, 12 years? And he's a personal trainer? And a construction guy? He's part of the Village People in his secret life, obviously). ;-) Tian and Jaree (or whatever their names are, I've forgotten) are irritating me - stop arguing, it's only episode three. At least one of the other couples and the guy friends I have no real opinion on.
This season I've noticed that the questions seem to be a lot more leading - they're actively trying to get the dirt on teams by other teams, and they seem to be trying to elicit certain reactions from people. Interesting.

Still, get back with more reactions later. :-)
