So Dean and I are off for a fortnight, heading across to Flinders Ranges via (we think) Warrnambool (hopefully to see whales), the coastline up to Adelaide, Port Augusta and possibly coming back via Mildura.

At this stage we're planning on camping, but we'll see how we hold up against the chilly mornings. ;-)

I'm still rushing around doing last minute things (in this case, not writing my lab book ;-)) and trying to clean the house and remember what it is that I've forgotten to date.

We're planning on leaving tomorrow morning, but I'll see how clean the house is(n't) before we go.

Hopefully I'll post backdates (yeah I know, I've only done 1/5 days of the last holiday, the rest are on my desktop at home) and photos when we get back

Hey, I've been there! We stayed at a motel there when we did the Great Ocean Road and they couldn't have been more friendly. We spent a moonlit night in the pool out the back even though it was supposed to close before it got dark.

Then I forgot my coat and we had to go back again. Don't recommend that last bit.
