I have a fixed heater! The pilot light is glowing brightly and the ignition now works. The fan still is stuffed though, but I didn't think I could authorise large amounts of money without talking to the owners first.

Oh and apparently I picked up an old bill (from 2000) - the company is now called Pulse and has been for some time. Pulse also doesn't sound gas-like to me, but there you go.

And they wonder why I can't remember who they are...

Apparently for a successful rebranding of a company the name should start or end with a vowel and be utterly meaningless in any other language.


Coca Cola? Pepsi?
