As I mentioned in the poll bit of tomburnell's thread Dean and I haven't actually watched RD in about 5 years. So yeah, we should, not least because it would be interesting. And I got a DVD player for Christmas.
The other, really daggy and possibly insane, idea that I had was having an alcohol fuelled party to re-edit "Back in the Red" back down to the original two episodes it was supposed to be.
Editing by committee. Well it can't make it much worse now, can it? ;-)
I was watching RD VII on pay tv tonight (Duct Soup I think - I wasn't paying attention) and after about 5 mins I turned to Pol and said "this series was pretty crap wasn't it?" as it just can't compare to the early series. So not funny. although that ep did have its moments. Whooshing watery sort of sound.
I can't remember the names of eps either and don't watch 'em like I used to. Still remember em fondly though - happy days...
Prolly have a revival once I get the DVDs which I suppose I will eventually - once I've got all my Lord of the Rings watched. I may be some time.
No no no.
