Does anyone know how to stop it making copies of every document opened and saving them on the desktop?
Given that this computer is shared between 15 people, our desktop is getting quite full.

Ditto the word document detailing the new seminar roster, which everyone and their dog has opened, ditto basically everything. You don't actually need to hit save on anything, it seems to be doing it automatically.
